There’s been a lot happening behind the scenes lately, and we’re excited to finally share two pieces of news!

kGinger is now an Apple Premium Technical Partner (APTP), and we were also recognized with a Best of IT 2026 award based entirely on client feedback.

The Apple Premium Technical Partner designation replaces the Apple Consultants Network and represents a higher technical standard for providers supporting Apple in business environments. Earning it required completing new, comprehensive certifications and demonstrating advanced expertise across Apple’s ecosystem. Our team expanded its certifications in advanced networking and mobile device management (MDM), strengthening how we design, secure, and manage Apple environments for the organizations we support.

We’ve also been working more closely with Apple through focused virtual work sessions and proprietary APTP-only community calls. That closer collaboration gives us better visibility into platform changes, stronger escalation paths when complex issues arise, and a clearer understanding of how Apple’s business tools are evolving. It ultimately allows us to support our clients with more depth, more confidence, and more intention.

At the same time, a lot of you took part in our client satisfaction survey through ClearlyRated. They’re a research firm that focuses on service quality in the IT industry and they go straight to clients for feedback. The Best of IT award isn’t something companies can apply for, it’s based entirely on what clients say.

…And because of you, we were recognized for 2026 as one of the Best of IT!

That means a lot to us. Certifications and our relationship with Apple are important, but what really matters is what it’s like to work together day to day. Hearing that you value our responsiveness, clarity, and consistency makes all the behind-the-scenes effort feel worth it.

All of this really reflects what we’ve been working toward: going deeper with Apple, continuing to strengthen our foundation in networking and MDM, and building a support experience that feels steady, proactive, and dependable.
